Group Fitness Classes

CrossFit Bluestone’s group class is a one-hour, coach-led workout mixing functional movements, cardio, lifting, gymnastics and mobility. It begins with a dynamic warm-up and a skill or strength segment (Olympic lifts, gymnastic drills, or endurance work), then a workout of the day (WOD). Coaches give individual technique tips and easier or harder options. Classes end with a short cooldown and mobility. Open to beginners through advanced athletes, aimed at building fitness, strength, and endurance in a supportive group.
